Liberty Coach Customer Support Network
Our manufacturing and service facility is located in North Chicago, IL. Our present manufacturing facility was completed in 1984 and expanded in 1990 and 1995. We have over a 40,000 square foot manufacturing shop plus a multiple bay on-site service facility. We maintain our own in-house cabinet shop, upholstery, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical departments. Our metal fabricating shop manufacturers many interior components including our stainless steel water tanks as well as many exterior parts, like the stainless steel rub rails that trim the exterior. We also have an aluminum foundry on premises that makes the unique front headlight trim and many accent trim pieces seen exclusively on the Liberty Coach. Off-Site Support
We maintain a mobile technical support team that brings our support semi trailer to the major conventions and rallies to provide on-site service for our customers. Prevost Car also maintains service centers across the country and offers a roadside assistance plan to offer support when mechanical problems occur. Since we do not intertwine any of the Prevost bus systems with our interior components, you can also rely on the many Detroit Diesel service centers across the country to assist you if an engine problem arises.
